Compulsory Online Graduation Registration for Class 53

Graduation Registration Instructions
Before registering online, all graduates must ensure the following:
1. Program and Academic Record Verification
- Confirm that all programs and concentration requirements have been fulfilled.
- If you have completed a program/concentration requirement but have not officially declared it, please contact the Office of the University Registrar at either campus to make the necessary declaration.
- Check the accuracy of your academic transcript.
- Note: Transcripts are available only after your program and concentration completion has been verified and your graduation status has been officially confirmed and dated.
- Verify the correct spelling of your name and surname on your transcript.
- If your name or surname changed during your studies and the change has not been recorded, you must:
- Submit official document of the change to the Office of the University Registrar.
- Ensure the change has been properly updated before your graduation status is confirmed.

Important Notes:
a) Changes to personal information (e.g., name) will not be accepted after graduation status is confirmed.
b) Name change documents must be submitted in person during office hours at either campus.
2. Library Clearance
- Ensure that all borrowed materials (books, textbooks, VDO/AUDIO, etc.) have been returned to the university libraries.

5. Fulfill Scholarship Requirements
- If you received a university or program-based scholarship, ensure that all requirements have been fulfilled.

Important Deadline: All requirements listed above must be completed by October 31, 2025 to be eligible to:
- Receive the Graduation Diploma (Class 53)
- Participate in the Commencement Exercise.
Important Note:
- Diplomas are printed once only and will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- After the Commencement Ceremony, all AU accounts (including email and AU Spark) will be deactivated. Please ensure any necessary personal data is backed up to personal storage before deactivation.
