Message from Office of the University Registrar

Instruction for Online Graduation Registration for Class of 52

In order to facilitate your graduation, the Office of the University Registrar has developed an online graduation system to assist you in your graduation process. Please log on to www.graduation.au.edu and go to “AU Graduation 2023” and fill in all the necessary requests and data fields.

Please note that the system will automatically check all your graduation requirements. If the system notifies you that you do not meet any of the requirements , please contact the school (for grades being processed) or offices (for Ethics seminar, library clearance, etc.) directly for further clarification. If you are unsure whom to contact , please contact the Office of the University Registrar , “P” Bldg ., 1st floor, Hua Mak Campus or SM 116, Counter no. 1 , Suvarnabhumi Campus.

To facilitate your rehearsal and to avoid troubling you with surveys during the rehearsals , all the surveys are put on-line so that you can fill them in at your leisure. Please note that the 2 main surveys required by the CHE (Commission on Higher Education of the Ministry of Education) and ONESQA (Office of National Education Standards and Quality Assessment) are as follows:

  • Job Search Survey
  • Graduates’ Satisfaction Index

Once you have completed the survey, you can choose to pay online through thee-payment system or pay by cash at the Office of Financial Management, either Hua Mak or Suvarnabhumi Campus. We would strongly recommend you to use the e-payment system. The receipts can be picked up two days after the payment  from the Office of Financial Management (at Hua Mak Campus only) when you come to receive the graduation gown and hood.

The time taken to register for graduation online, complete these surveys and pay fees through the online graduation system will greatly help you to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free graduation enrollment.
