Subject : Online Registration for Graduation, Class of  2023

The President takes great pleasure in announcing to the undergraduate and graduate Class of 2023 the online registration procedure for participation in the Commencement Exercises to be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC) , Bangkok on Saturday January 25, 2025.

Registration
    Every graduate is required to register online using the OGR (Online Graduation Registration System, www.graduation.au.edu) from November  11-23, 2024. Guidelines for using the OGR are specified in the system.

To participate in the Commencement Exercises, graduates are required to observe the foilowing requirements.

    1. Rehearsal
       Graduates wishing to participate in the Commencement Exercises are required to attend rehearsal according to the date and time scheduled by the Committee for Commencement Exercises.

    2. Participation
        2.1  Dress Code
               Male           : Lounge suit or as specified in the dress code of Assumption University
               Female       : As specified in the dress code of Assumption University
        2.2  In-person Verification
               All registered graduates are required to report in person and check his/her name according to the time which is to be announced during the rehearsals.

N.B. Non–registered graduates will not be allowed to participate in the Commencement Exercises.

            Registered graduates who do not wish to attend the Commencement Exercises will be able to collect the graduation diploma at the Office of the University Registrar (Hua Mak campus) from January 28 to February 8, 2025.
