Issuance and Pick-Up of Graduation Diplomas (For all graduates who do not attend the Commencement Exercise)

Guidelines for Diploma Pick-Up

• 1. Diplomas will only be available during the stated period.

  Graduates must collect their diplomas within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the right to claim the diploma.

• 2. Authorized Representative Pick-Up:

  Graduates unable to pick up their diploma in person may authorize a representative. The representative must present the following:

  3. • A copy of the graduate’s Citizen ID (Thai) or passport (non-Thai)
     • A copy of the representative’s Citizen ID (Thai) or passport (non-Thai)
     • A signed authorization letter from the graduate (Use the official form only – Download Authorization Form)

• Diplomas are printed once only and will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• After the Commencement Ceremony, all AU accounts (including email and AU Spark) will be deactivated. Please ensure any necessary personal data is backed up to personal storage before deactivation.
