Procedures for Graduates Attending the Commencement Exercise

To participate in the Commencement Ceremony scheduled on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), all eligible graduates must complete the following key processes:

Process 1: Online Graduation Registration

1. • Registration Period          : November 10-22, 2025
   • Time                                      : Available 24 hours

                    (Note: The system will close at 16:00 hrs. on November 22, 2025)

Process 2: Payment of Graduation Fee

Graduation Registration and Payment Procedure

To officially register for graduation and attend the Commencement Ceremony, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit the Online Graduation Petition

1. 1. • Visit: https://graduation.au.edu/
      • Select “Online Graduation Registration (Graduation 2024)”
      • Complete and submit the Graduation Petition Form

Step 2: System Verification of Graduation Requirements

1. 1. • The system will automatically verify your graduation eligibility.
      • If any incomplete requirements are detected, immediately contact the Office of the University Registrar at either campus for clarification or resolution.

Step 3: Review and Complete Personal Information

1. 1. • Verify that your personal data is accurate and complete.
      • Update any missing or outdated information.
      • Complete the required surveys mandated by CHE (Commission on Higher Education) and ONESQA (Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment).

     (Note: All required information must be filled in completely before proceeding to e-payment or cash payment.)

Step 4: Pay the Graduation Fee

You may choose one of the following payment methods:

• 1. Cash/Credit Card/QR Code Payment (Processed only at the Office of Financial Management)
     • Payment Period          : November 10-22, 2025 (Monday-Saturday)
     • Time                                 : 08:30-16:00 hrs.
     • Locations                          : Office of Financial Management
       • Hua Mak Campus: 1^st Floor, “P” Building (Monday-Saturday)
       • Suvarnabhumi Campus: Room SM114, 1^st Floor (Monday-Friday)
• 2. Krungsri E-Payment (Krungsri Online Membership required)
     • • Payment Period          : November 10-20, 2025
       • Time                                 : Available 24 hours (ends at 24:00 hrs. on November 20, 2025)

     (Note: The official receipt of payment will be available 2 days after payment at the Office of Financial Management, “P” building, Hua Mak Campus.)

Step 6: Pick up Graduation Gown & Hood

1. • Present your official payment receipt to pick up your graduation gown and hood at the ABAC Bookstore.

Important Reminder: Your Online Graduation Registration is only confirmed when:

1. 1. Graduation petition is submitted.
   2. Required survey is completed.
   3. Graduation fee is fully paid.

Gown and Hood Rental Service

• Rental Period    : November 10-22, 2025
• Time                      : 8:30-16:00 hrs.
• Locations              : ABAC Bookstore
  • Hua Mak Campus: 1^st Floor, “P” Building (Monday-Saturday)
  • Suvarnabhumi Campus: CL Building (Monday-Friday)
• Procedure:
  • Present your official payment receipt to the staff at the ABAC Bookstore at either campus to collect your graduation gown and hood.
• Remark:Graduates who prefer to have a custom-made gown may place an order during the rental period:

  • Hua Mak Campus: 1^st Floor, “P” Building (Monday-Saturday)
  • Suvarnabhumi Campus: CL Building (Monday-Friday)
  • Tailor-Made Gown Prices:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 3,800 baht
  • Master’s Degree 3,900 baht
  • Doctoral Degree 8,000 baht.

Important Note: Only graduates wearing the official academic dress approved by Assumption University Council; including the University’s designed academic gown, hood, cap, and pin; will be permitted to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.The academic gown must be rented or tailor-made from the ABAC Bookstore (Hua Mak or Suvarnabhumi Campus), or tailor-made through Parinya Shop (Thaprachan), Tel. 02-222-9061.

Rehearsal

Place & Time: To be announced at Schedulesfor Rehearsals
Important Note: Attendance at rehearsal is compulsory. Graduates who do not attend the required rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Commencement Exercise on January 24, 2026.

Official Faculty Photograph Day

• Date                              : January 17, 2026 (Saturday)
• Time                              : 8:30-12:00 hrs.
• Place & Time              : To be announced at Group Photograph taking Schedule

Graduation Ceremony

• Date                               : January 24, 2026 (Saturday)
• Time                              : 7:00-13:00 hrs.
• Place                             : Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)

Gown and Hood Returning

• Return Period             : January 26 – February 7, 2026 (Monday – Saturday)
• Time                               : 8:30-16:00 hrs.
• Return Location          : Hua Mak Campus ONLY
Gown & Hood return: ABAC Bookstore, “P” Building
Deposit Refund: Office of Financial Management, “P” Building

Important Remarks:

1. Gowns and hoods must be returned within the specified period.
   • If returned after February 7, 2026, graduates must go to Parinya Shop (Thaprachan), 02-222-9061, between March 1-15, 2026, and will receive only 50% of the deposit.
2. The following documents are required for returning the gown and receiving the refund:
   • Graduation Registration Receipt
   • Thai Identification Card or Passport (for non-Thai nationals) or AU Student ID Card.
