Procedures for Graduates Not Attending the Commencement Exercise
Graduates who are unable to or choose not to attend the Commencement Exercises must complete the following key processes:
Process 1: Online Graduation Registration
- Registration Period : November 10-22, 2025
- Time : Available 24 hours
(Note: The system will close at 16:00 hrs. on November 22, 2025)
Process 2: Payment of Graduation Fee
Graduation Registration and Payment Procedure
To officially register for graduation, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit the Online Graduation Petition
- Visit: graduation.au.edu
- Select “Online Graduation Registration (Graduation 2024)”
- Complete and submit the Graduation Petition Form
- The system will automatically verify your graduation eligibility.
- If any incomplete requirements are detected, immediately contact the Office of the University Registrar at either campus for clarification or resolution.
- Verify that your personal data is accurate and complete.
- Update any missing or outdated information.
- Complete the required surveys mandated by CHE (Commission on Higher Education) and ONESQA (Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment).
Step 2: System Verification of Graduation Requirements

(Note: All required information must be filled in completely before proceeding to e-payment or cash payment.)
Step 4: Pay the Graduation Fee
a. For graduates who do not attend the Commencement Exercise, the graduation fee is as follows:

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method
You may choose one of the following payment methods:
- Cash/Credit Card/QR Code Payment (Processed only at the Office of Financial Management)
- Payment Period : November 10-22, 2025 (Monday-Saturday)
- Time : 08:30-16:00 hrs.

- Suvarnabhumi Campus: Room SM114, 1st Floor (Monday-Friday)
- Krungsri E-Payment (Krungsri Online Membership required)
- Payment Period : November 10-22, 2025
- Time : Available 24 hours (ends at 24:00 hrs. on November 20, 2025)
- Present your official payment receipt to collect your graduation gown and hood at the ABAC Bookstore.
- Graduation Petition is submitted.
- Required survey is completed.
- Graduation fee is fully paid.
- Rental Period : November 10-22, 2025
- Time : 8:30-16:00 hrs.

- Hua Mak Campus: ABAC Bookstore, 1st Floor, “P”building (Monday-Saturday)
- Suvarnabhumi Campus: ABAC Bookstore, CL Building (Monday-Friday)
- Procedure:
- Present your official payment receipt to the staff at the ABAC Bookstore at either campus to collect your graduation gown and hood.
- Remark: Graduates who prefer to have a custom-made gown may place an order during the rental period:

- Tailor-Made Gown Prices:
- Bachelor’s Degree 3,800 baht
- Master’s Degree 3,900 baht
- Doctoral Degree 8,000 baht
- Return Period : January 26 – February 7, 2026 (Monday – Saturday)
- Time : 8:30-16:00 hrs.
- Return Location : Hua Mak Campus ONLY
- Gown & Hood return: ABAC Bookstore, “P” Building
- Deposit Refund: Office of Financial Management, “P” Building
- Gowns and hoods must be returned within the specified period.
- If returned after February 7, 2026, graduates must go to Parinya Shop (Thaprachan), 02-222-9061, between March 1-15, 2026, and will receive only 50% of the deposit.
- The following documents are required for returning the gown and receiving the refund:
- Graduation Registration Receipt
- Thai Identification Card or Passport (for non-Thai nationals) or AU Student ID Card.
- Diplomas will only be available during the stated period.
- Authorized Representative Pick-Up:
- A copy of the graduate’s Citizen ID (Thai) or passport (non-Thai)
- A copy of the representative’s Citizen ID (Thai) or passport (non-Thai)
- A signed authorization letter from the graduate (Use the official form only – Download Authorization Form)
(Note: The official receipt of payment will be available 2 days after payment at the Office of Financial Management, “P” Building, Hua Mak Campus.)
Step 6: Collect Graduation Gown & Hood (Only for graduates who want to rent the graduation gown)

Important Note: Only graduates wearing the official academic dress approved by Assumption University Council; including the University’s designed academic gown, hood, cap, and pin; will be permitted to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.The academic gown must be rented or tailor-made from the ABAC Bookstore (Hua Mak or Suvarnabhumi Campus), or tailor-made through Parinya Shop (Thaprachan), Tel. 02-222-9061.

Graduates must collect their diplomas within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the right to claim the diploma.
