Subject : Online Registration for Graduation, Class of  2021

The Rector takes great pleasure in announcing to the Undergraduate and Graduate Class of 2021 the online registration procedure for participation in the Commencement Exercises to be held on Saturday January 21, 2023 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bang Na. All graduates intending to participate in the Commencement Exercises are required to strictly observe the following requirements:

1. Registration
    Every graduate is required to register online using the OGR (Online Graduation Registration System, www.graduation.au.edu) for participation in the Commencement Exercises from November 14-26, 2022. Guidelines in using the OGR are specified in the system. Any non-registered graduate will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.

2. Rehearsal
    Every graduate wishing to participate in the Commencement Exercises is required to attend all rehearsals according to the date and time schedules issued by the Committee for Commencement Exercises. Any graduate who does not fulfill the rehearsal requirements will not be allowed to participate in the Commencement Exercises.

3. Participation
    3.1  Dress Code
           Male           : Lounge suit or follow the dress code of Assumption University
           Female        : Follow the dress code of Assumption University
    3.2  Personal Reporting
          The registered graduate is required to report in person and check his/her name according to the time to be announced during the rehearsal.

4. The registered graduate who does not wish to attend the Commencement Exercises will be able to get the Graduation Diploma at the Office of the University Registrar (Hua Mak campus) from January 24- February 4, 2023.
