Subject : Online Registration for Graduation, Class 54
The President takes great pleasure in announcing to the undergraduate and graduate Class 54, the online registration procedure for participation in the Commencement Exercises to be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC), Bangkok on Saturday January 23, 2027.
Graduation Registration
Every graduate is required to register online using the OGR (Online Graduation Registration System at www.graduation.au.edu from November 9 – 21, 2026. Guidelines for using the OGR are specified in the system.
To participate in the Commencement Exercises, graduates are required to observe the following requirements.
1. Graduation Registration and Payment
The Online Graduation Registration is only confirmed when:
1. Graduation Petition is submitted.
2. Required survey is completed.
3. Graduation fee is fully paid.
2. Gown and Hood Rental
Only graduates wearing the official academic dress approved by Assumption University Council; including the University’s designed
academic gown, hood, cap, and pin; will be permitted to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
3. Rehearsal
Attendance at rehearsal is compulsory. Graduates who do not attend the required rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in
the Commencement Exercise on January 23, 2027.
N.B. Non–registered graduates will not be allowed to participate in the Commencement Exercises.
Registered graduates who do not attending the Commencement Exercises will be able to collect the graduation diploma at the Office of the University Registrar (Hua Mak campus) from January 26 to February 6, 2027.
