Online Graduation Registration and e-Payment

Online Graduation Registration
Date : November 14 - 26, 2022
Time : 24 hours (for online registration)

     Date : November 14 – 26, 2022   (Monday - Saturday except Nov. 16-18, 2022 as extra holiday)
     Time : 08:30 - 16:00 hrs.
     Place : Office of Financial Management, “P” Bldg., Hua Mak campus (Monday - Saturday) and "SM114" SM Bldg., 1st floor, Suvarnabhumi campus (Monday - Friday)
       Krungsri-E-Payment (Krungsri Online Membership is required)
     Date : November 14 – 24, 2022
     Time : 24 hours
     Remark : The receipt of payment is available at the Office of Financial Management, “P” Bldg., Hua Mak campus two days after payment.

Procedure

  • Log onto www.graduation.au.edu and proceed to Graduation 2021 to fill out and submit Graduation petition online.
  • All graduation requirements are checked automatically. If incomplete graduation requirements are detected and indicated, contact Office of the University Registrar at either campuses immediately.
  • Check whether the personal data is correct and complete, update it if necessary, and fill out all the data fields in the survey required by CHE and ONESQA. Note: All required data must be complete before proceeding to make e-payment or cash payment. 

     - Bachelor’s Degree students     6,700 Baht
     - Master’s Degree students        6,800 Baht
     - Ph.D.’s Degree students          11,500 Baht
     - ABACA Life Membership (2,500 Baht) is recommended to pay. 

Gown and Hood Rental Service
     Date          : November 14 - 26, 2022  (Monday - Saturday except Nov. 16-18, 2022 as extra holiday)
     Time          : 8:30-16:00 hrs.
     Place         : ABAC Bookstore, “P” Bldg., Hua Mak Campus (Monday – Saturday) and CL Bldg., 1st floor, Suvarnabhumi Campus (Monday – Friday)
     Procedure : Present the receipt to pick up gown and hood.
     Remark     : Assumption University reserves the right to permit only graduates wearing the University’s designed academic gown, hood, cap and pin (academic dress) approved by Assumption University Council to participate in the University Commencement Exercise Class 50. The approved academic dress is available only at the University’s book store at the Hua Mak and Suvarnabhumi Campuses.  

Rehearsal 

Place & Time : To be announced at Schedules for Rehearsals
Note : Attendance at rehearsals are compulsory. Failure to fulfill the required rehearsals will subject the graduates to the denial of participation in the Commencement Exercises.

Graduation Ceremony
Date : January 21, 2023 (Saturday)
Time : 07.00-13.00 hrs.
Place : Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC)
Remark : After the Commencement Exercise, Graduates’ AU accounts including email and AU Spark will be inactive, as such all personal data graduates wish to keep must be transferred to their own personal storage.

Gown Returning
Date : January 23 – February 4, 2023 (Monday – Saturday)
Time : 8:30-16:00 Hrs.
Place : Only at Hua Mak campus
            - Gowns can be returned to the “ABAC Bookstore”, “P” Bldg.
            - Gown deposit can be refunded at the Office of Financial Management, “P” Bldg.
Remarks : 1. Gowns and hoods must be returned during the above mentioned period, otherwise graduates will have to return them at Parinya shop, (Thaprachan) Tel. 02-2229061 from March 1-15, 2023, and will receive only half of the deposit refunded
                 2. Graduation registration receipt and Thai identification card / passport (Non-Thai) / AU Student ID Card are required.

Issuance of Graduation Diplomas*
Date : January 24 – February 4, 2023 (Monday – Saturday)
Time : 8:30-16:00 Hrs.
Place : Office of the University Registrar, "P" Bldg., Hua Mak Campus
Remarks 1. Graduation diploma will only be available for pick up during the stated period, as such the rights to claim the diploma will be relinquished thereafter.
               2. Graduates who are unable to pick up their graduation diploma may send a representative to pick up their diploma, provided that the following documents are presented to the officers:
                   2.1 A copy of the citizen identification card of the diploma owner (Thai Graduates)/ a copy of passport (non-Thai graduates)
                   2.2 A copy of the citizen identification card of the representative (Thai)/Copy of passport (non-Thai)
                   2.3 An authorization letter with signature of the diploma owner (Please use this authorization letter form only, Download Form)
               3. Please be informed that a graduation diploma can only be printed out once, hence the denial of the request for reprinting/reissuing of the diploma.
               4. After the Commencement Exercise, Graduates’ AU accounts including email and AU Spark will be inactive, as such all personal data graduates wish to keep must be transferred to their own personal storage.

Graduates who have not yet registered for graduation and made the payment need to contact the Office of the University Registrar, Hua Mak Campus, to make a graduation fee payment with the total amount of THB 3,200 prior to collecting their degree certificates.

 

Please note that the degree certificate can only be issued once and the name appears on the certificate cannot be changed thereafter, regardless of name/surname change, loss or damage of the certificate.
